Your request for refund will apply if all the conditions indicated below are met:The returned product must be new or as new and in optimal physical condition (without any damage caused by the user).

- The product must be returned in its original packaging including the instruction manual, all accessories, badges, logos, labels, etc.
- You must deliver the merchandise return authorization (RMA) to ZOOstock with all the necessary contact information (including, name, phone numbers, address, email, date of purchase, among others.). This information must be presented legibly and clearly in the RMA format.
If any of the above conditions and requirements are not met, the product is not confirmed as defective or the product is not returned with prior approval, the return case will be rejected according to this policy. In this case, ZOOstock will not be responsible for any expenses incurred.
Note: for the return and replacement, ZOOstock is not responsible for the loss of packages during transport.
